  • Just find a quiet space, set an intention, and be open to receiving. I’ll guide the rest.

  • Yes. Energy knows no boundaries. You can be resting or even multitasking, but still receive full benefits.

  • Many clients feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm. Some feel the shift after the session ends. And others don’t feel anything at all. Everyone’s experience is unique.

  • Just like going to the gym, you're not going to get washboard abs after 1 workout. In order to see results, it's recommended to book multiple sessions; hence the bigger discount for booking bigger packages.

  • I recommend drinking lots of water, moving your body (can be exercise, going for a walk, yoga, dancing, or anything you feel called to do), and eating healthy foods.

  • No! Seek medical help when you need it and or continue the treatment the doctor has prescribed you. This is complimentary to traditional western medicine.
